A budding friendship from primary school. We reassure you, the idea of setting up a brewery came some time later. Ovillois at heart, we have been brewing since 2017 and since the end of 2019 we have settled in Paris to produce a quality beer.
We started brewing in 2017, in a kitchen and then in a garage in Sartrouville. Completely self-taught, we have enriched our knowledge of brewing on the internet and through multiple encounters. Today, we are proud to be able to produce a beer of superior quality and above all, delicious.

Keg at the brewpub. Murky blonde with a negligible white head and a light fizz. Fresh and leafy and minty and slightly sticky, set against a light grapefruit background. Very refreshing, very drinkable. A lovely sipa at this very friendly brewpub.
