A budding friendship from primary school. We reassure you, the idea of setting up a brewery came some time later. Ovillois at heart, we have been brewing since 2017 and since the end of 2019 we have settled in Paris to produce a quality beer.

We started brewing in 2017, in a kitchen and then in a garage in Sartrouville. Completely self-taught, we have enriched our knowledge of brewing on the internet and through multiple encounters. Today, we are proud to be able to produce a beer of superior quality and above all, delicious.

On tap at Patoche, pours black with a small brown head. Aroma is as described but more muted than expected, with salted caramel and light peanut butter powdee. Flavour is disappointingly muted, with gentle salted caramel and a touch of semi-artificial peanut butter powder. This is rather clumsy and lacking coordination and substance.

On tap at Patoche, pours a dark amber with a small white head. Aroma has bready caramel malt and light toffee. Flavour is quite sweet and malty, with bready caramel, toffee, and some residual sweetness. The construction is decent but there’s not much depth. Alright.

On tap at Patoche, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has a weird spicy, herbal hoppiness (the Krush?), light pine, and biscuity malt. Flavour likewise has a strange herbal hop expression, with spicy pine needles, and biscuity malt. The balance is fine but the hop expression isn’t pleasing.
