Bottle, 75cl. It's a pinkish golden colored cider, almost clear, with a small white head. Rather perfumed, flowery aroma, with raspberry candy, some redcurrant and a hoppy hint. Apple aromas in the back. It's semi-tart on the palate, softly carbonated, with a very light alcohol warmth. Raspberry, lemon, unripe apple juice, hoppy hints and some redcurrant in the flavor. Long, tart, berryish finish with apple as a base. Quite nice, but I think there's not enough apple aroma and flavor. 220806

750 ml corked & caged bottle, batch #01, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7%. Crystal clear pale golden colour, moderate carbonation, small and shortlived white head. Moderate aroma of apples and hops. Slightly dry and crisp flavour with a nice fruity acidity of apples, the apple flavours are nicely balanced with the hops. A hint of sulphites. Pleasant to drink.

750 ml clear bottle, capped but with swingtop for resealing. From Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7%. Clear rosé to orange colour, pours sparkling with a shortlived white head. Aroma of raspberries and redcurrants more than apples, barely a hint of hops. The flavour has also dominant raspberries and redcurrants, with apples in the background, a hint of hops in the finish. I prefer the ordinary Aga Humlepung.

Small bubbly mediumlasting head, clear light rosé colored. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish fruity, flowers, sour apples, herbs, berry skin, faint red berries, grass, apple peel, hops, citrus. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sour apples, flowers, herbs, berry skin, grass, apple cores, hay, minerals, alcohol, citrus, dusty red berries, hops. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough, a bit floral and weird...

Notater fra en vakker solskinnsdag i Ledaalparken (Malt&Humle). Fra flaske: lys og klar roséfarge med kledelig skum og lett perlende munnfølelse. Deilige, saftige epler i lange baner (bl.a. Rød Aroma og Gravenstein) sammen med rips og litt bringebær. En elegant sommerforfriskning med et tydelig preg av mersmak.

Notater fra en vakker solskinnsdag i Ledaalparken (Malt&Humle). Fra flaske: helt klar lys strågylden med lett perlende munnfølelse. Friske, syrlig epler, litt lær og kanel etter hvert. Ukomplisert men meget forfriskende og med den uvurderlige mersmaken her i solsteiken.
