Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, clear light orangy straw colored. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, black currants leafs, apple cores, hay, flowers, dusty apples, grass, minerals, apple peel, citrus, hints of red currants. Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish fruity, apple cores, hay, flowers, minerals, alcohol, red currants, sorrel, sour dusty apples, black currants leafs, grass. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

Bottle. Clear golden body with a small, short living white had. Aroma is apple, what else. Taste is apple as well of cause. The main thing here is that there is a fine balance, just sweet enough with some acidity, wall balanced body as well, pleasant level of carbonation, no off flavors. Alcohol strength feels just perfect as well, almost no alcohol to be detected in taste. Aftertaste is also fine. Nothing revolutionary going on, just a well made, god tasting, god balancing, refreshing cider that was perfect to my Asian mussels dish.

Klar lys gul farge med noen bobler i og som topp. Lukter syrlig epler. Medium karbonert Syrlig epleogså i smak. Passet perfekt til pinnekjøtt. Noe sitrus i avslutningen.

Bottle, 75cl corked. It pours an almost clear pale golden color with some carbonation and a few bubbles around the rim. The aroma is quite classical Hardanger cider, ripe apples, alcohol, some apple jam and grass, as well as apple cores and a light flowery hint. It's full-bodied, lightly warming and quite refreshing on the palate, even though there's a tad more fruity sweetness than hoped for, but there's also a good sourness to balance things. Fresh yellow apples, generic ripe, sourish apple flavors, some grass, damp forest, flowers and alcohol. Lasting finish, leaving some sugary sweetness in the mouth. Although I find it a bit sweeter than preferred, it's a nice and quite traditional sider that slides down easily. 210704

From bottle at Hanekam with BHK after seeing The Personal History of David Copperfield at the cinema 06.09.20. Clear pale white wine colour. Fine aroma and taste of red apple zest, green apples and bitter cider apple. Pure taste. Not very complex.

750 ml clear and capped bottle, with swingtop for re-sealing. Batch #01, produced November 2019. ABV is 7%. From Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. Very pale yellow colour, pours sparkling with a large white head that actually lasts a while. Distinct aroma of apples and apple cores, hints of sulphites.Medium sweet flavour, distinct notes of Norwegian eating apples / dessert apples. A hint of sulphites. Easy drinking, nice cider.
