Description
Our founders, Tristan and Ben, dreamed of opening a brewery together when they first met during their glamorous former lives as commodity analysts in 2014. Fast forward to 2018… Tristan had become a brewer by trade, honing his craft in Mallorca, and Ben – while not technically a professional – had tried every craft beer going. It was time to take the leap. And where better than Tristan’s beautiful hometown in Cornwall?

The ethos of our beer is simple, delicious and sustainable. We’re starting with three classics – lager, pale ale and an IPA (Tristan and Ben’s first ever home brew, and near-enough the same recipe today.) There might be some more along the way, but you can guarantee there’ll always be a cold one of these available.
