At BBF. Nice funk, massive peach, light citrussy sour, light lactic. Nice.

Couleur pâle dorée, col fin blanc.
Arôme est frais, ruité sur la pêche avec un rétro sous-jacent de 'funk'. Acidité perce cependant mais le fruit conserve une belle place.

Palais est d'emblée marqué par une fraicheur fruitée - dont la pe^che avec un léger côté râpeux, épais en bouche avec une fine acidité - citrique, et une effervescence faible. Le tout rend une sensation fruitée fraichement fermenté et récolté avec une pointe de verger. Acidité est là et tend à un être un tantinet élevée.

Brazilian Fruit

On tap. As Strong Base. A slightly hazy golden beer with a white head. Aroma of tart apples, white grapes, zest. Taste of sour grapes, brett apples, vinegar.

On tap. A almost clear orange golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of sour grapes, berries. Taste of intense sour fruits, berries, grapes.

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy golden, very thin white head. Aroma: Sweet and tart grape, grapeskin, wild yeast funk. Taste: Light sweet and bitter, moderate tart, (white) grape, grapeskin, oak wood. Quite a lot of tannins. Dry mouthfeel going to very dry at finish. Hints of vanilla (from the wood?), notes of farm-like wild yeast funk. I think this is my first Wild Beer from Portugal and it's a very nice acquaintance.

On tap. A hazy yellow golden beer, no head. Aroma of tart tropical fruits, mango, citrus. Taste of sour brazilian fruits, lime, grapes, zest.

On tap. A hazy dark orange brown beer, no head. Aroma of tart cherries, dark malt, Amaretto. Taste of sour cherries, caramel, raisins, almonds.
