On tap @The Meddlesome Moth, downtown Dallas. Clear, golden, frothy, baby goblet pour. Earthy & very floral nose. Taste is bittersharp, complex yeast & Brett. Bubblegum, roses, Campari-like bitterness, earthy finish. Dry, slightly yeasty, slight acidity. Excellent.

Sampled at the Roost, pours a clear, cherry red with a ring of white head. Nose is cherry juice, some current, a little lemon, natural wine. Flavor has lambrusco and cherry juice, currants, raspberry even. Solid amount of funk with some lactic acid. Traditional kriek. Nicely made.

Draught at Gold Star: pours light yellow. Aroma is really earthy amd bretty. Light body with a sharp bretty bitterness. Pleasant with a big punch.

Pours red with a large fading head.Nose shows cherries, elderflower, lemon, very enticing.Flavours include cherry, funk, woody oak notes, faint coconut, confectionery, lemon, and a fairly assertive acidity.
