Description
Our current kit can produce up to 20 brewer’s barrels, depending on the beer and how heavily hopped it is. We have 10 fermentation vessels, with the most recent additions being oversized to allow double brews of our more popular beers. Having started as a one-man operation, the business has slowly expanded to the current team of eight as demand, production, brew house and premises size have increased.

We put a premium on quality and consistency, which means monitoring the beer at every stage of the brewing process and beyond. Much of our equipment, i.e. our keg washing & filling machine and our bottling machine, were chosen with this in mind.

Keg at Favourite Beers. Pours black with a creamy tan head. Aroma of chocolate, treacle, molasses. Taste is rich and sweet, chocolate, treacle, molasses and vanilla all there in spades, nothing overpowers, roasty coffee like finish, only a hint of the booze. Full bodied, smooth. Fantastic stuff, best Arbor stout I’ve had in ages.

Handpull cask at the Bag O' Nails, Bristol.amber and clear with a small beige head and plenty of lacing. Sweet, malty aroma, notes of pine and forest floor. Sweet taste, malty with a nice little bit of bittering hop later on. Clean finish. Light body with minimal carbonation. Nice little beer,

Can. Waitrose. Lovely label, which to be honest is probably why I bought it. Hazed up medium orange gold. Soppy white foam. Looks boss. Nose has nicely fresh citrus hoppage. Bit of pineapple. Light Nelson twang. Thankfully light on the oats. Taste is semi sweet with a decent citrus bitterness. Drinks easy and clean. Moderate bitterness to finish.
