(Draft at Joran Cidrothèque, Brussels, 20 Sep 2025) Pale golden colour with brief, white head. Fruity nose with yellow apples, citrus and hay. Fruity, tart dry taste with notes of yellow apples, citrus, hay, herbs and a dry finish with a generous acidity. Medium body, dry. Clean and crisp. Nice one.

Draft at l’Ermitage. Golden. Dry apple peel, quince, pear, flowery. Quite mineral and watery, but also quite dry. Decent, but I prefer the classics.
