Tap at Komachi. Dark, slightly muddy brown. Nose is interesting and a bit weird. Grapes (wine yeast?), caramel, chocolate, tons of raisins and a touch of smoke. Flavor is sweet, with lots of dried fruits, spicy yeastiness and some smoke. Altogether not a clean fermentation but not a Belgian style, probably mixed yeast but not completely successful. Interesing though.

A golden ipa with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light dank notes, very nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous piney hops, grapefruit pulp, light dank notes, well done.

Loads of grapefruit and it really takes like grapefruit. Lots of sourness too.

Can’t really taste the shiso. Or the sourness actually. But it’s a pleasantly tart drop.

Tap at Komachi. Pitch black, low head. Nose is dark chocolate, roasted malt and coffee, citrus. Falvor is moderately sweet chocolate and bankan citrus, with a dry, roasty finish and notes of coffee. Thankfully not sweetened and pretty well balanced for a Belgian chocolate kind of thing.

Nice. Kind of almost black ipa like because of the orange in it. Nice roastiness.

turbid golden white color. The hops don’t shine. Low medium bitterness. Issues is hops don’t shine ok.

Pretty sweet, but quite fun. Not really any IPA there is there?

0,2l on tap @ Fujimi Craft Beer. Pours cloudy yellow with a low head. Aroma is sweet malts with rice. Flavor is sweet malts, rice, some alcohol, some hops. Soft. Decent.
