Tap. Pours opaque black, small tan head, good lacing. Aroma is bourbon forward, cocoa, roasted malt, hint of maple, vanilla. Flavor is medium plus sweet, light bitter, well integrated, complex flavor palate. Medium body. Quite nice, not overbearing. Balanced.

Sampled from the tap at ABR 2021. Pours a hazy light yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has slightly tart and earthy tropical fruits with a bit of bread and grain backing. Flavor has tart papaya and mango coming through with a bit of grain backbone.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has an earthy wheat up front with tart lime and a bit of grass backing. Flavor is much more tart with lime and lemon with some grass and a light wheat backbone.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy earthy orange gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has grapefruit and citrus with a touch of wet grass and light sweet grains backing. Flavor has more of a dank citrus with some rind and a t of sweet grains supporting.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy gold with a slight copper hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sweet and dank tropical fruit with touches of earthy grass and sweet grains supporting. Flavor has tropical fruits that mellow with grass, light citrus rind and hay backing.
