Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a papery pale gold body that supports thin white head. The aroma offers up a moderate level of fresh watermelon, an acidic smelling lemon note and then faint vaguely wheat like maltiness well off in the background. The taste begins with a nice sharp acidic punch of lemon tartness. It then quickly softens up with a pleasing balanced load of fresh watermelon that compliments the puckering tartness just right. Around the edges of the melon are thin salty notes and a sense of wheat to cracker maltiness in the background. This is just a solid balanced sessionable brew that I just want to drink and drink and never stop. Well crafted.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a clear deep copper body that supports a light tan head. The modest aroma offers up a Belgian spicy yeastiness that allows for slender peaks at some grapefruit and floral hoppy notes off in the background. The taste begins soft and sweet with malts and then sweetened spicy Belgian yeastiness. Toward midway citrus and floral hop bitterness do a decent job at interceding the malts and spiciness but really are a supporting player in the overall flavor profile. Pretty nice Belgo IIPA but the hops could be more forward in my opinion.

Poured up on tap at the brewery where it exhibits a hop hazed copper body that supports a thin white head. The aroma offers up some tangerine, floral hops and an herbal hoppy sensation. The taste delivers candied floral hops, spicy hops and an herbal mint like hoppiness and thin tangerine notes. These notes create a hoppy sweet candy like hoppiness that’s bitter to resiny, candy sweet at times and then thin hop juiciness. Pretty nice.

Poured up on tap at the brewery where it exhibits a hop hazed deep gold body that supports a white head. The modest aroma offers up some spicy hops, citrus hops and some mild vaguely tropical fruity hops. The taste is smooth with spicy hops, some soft citrus and mango like hoppiness. It ends with mild cracker and malts. Really solid easy drinking IPA that has plenty of soft sweet fruity hops and just a bit of hop bitterness around the edges. I could drink a shit ton of this.

32oz crowler, filled at the brewery, pours with a slightly hazy deep gold body that has thin copper hues and supports a light tan head of foam. The aroma offers up the expected pine hops amid various light crystal malts and kind of rye like malty notes. The taste delivers a blend of lightly roasted malts, bitter pine hops and some pine hop flavor. The pine stays pretty bitter in hoppiness but it never reaches a resiny phase. The bitterness grows toward the finish and is met with more light crystal like malts that helps create a mild drying sensation into the finish. As it warms the hops pick up a floral like sensation adding a bit more depth to the experience. Pretty nice drinkin’ IPA.

32oz crowler, filled at the brewery, pours up with a hazy copper body that supports a light tan head that leaves behind lots of sticky spotty lacing. The aroma offers up malt sweetened tangerine juice, citrus hard candy and a faintly doughy hop nuanced spicy maltiness. The taste delivers thick sweetened citrusy tangerine where there’s a malty rye aspect that takes this to midway. Toward the finish the hops become more bitter with the help of thin facets of floral hops and bitter citrus juices. Pretty cool brew.

32oz crowler, filled at the brewery, pours up with a slightly hazy copper body that supports a nice semi tight light tan head of foam that leaves behind some spotty lacing. The aroma offers up mango, pineapple and cantaloupe gummy bears with slivers of orange peel and Clementine in the background. The taste delivers loads of sweet juicy fruitiness that’s brimming with mango and sweet pineapple flowing into soft cantaloupe. There’s lots of juicy notes and very little in the way of hop bitterness. Pretty solid stuff here.
