Cask @ Coventry Beer Festival. Cloudy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and moderate hoppy - citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish. 110323

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear '22, day one, 29/11/22. Hazed orange with an off white covering. Nose is mellow tropical fruits, tangerine, grass, papaya. Taste comprises soft malts, light breads, orange peel, melon. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy hop bitterness. Solid cask offering.

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2022 - day 1. Pours Clear yellow with a small, foamy white head. Lightly sweet, nice pale bread, sweet lemon, soft straw, a little pale grain. Light bodied with delicate carbonation. Pretty clean to finish.
