11/3/2023. Cask at the 2023 Coventry Beer Festival. Pours very slightly hazy pale orange gold with a small bubbly off-white head. Nice hoppy, tropcial, citrus aroma. Medium sweetness, quite heavy bitterness. Moderate body, soft carbonation. Very good.

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear '22, day one, 29/11/22. Hazed orange with an off white covering. Nose is mellow tropical fruits, tangerine, grass, papaya. Taste comprises soft malts, light breads, orange peel, melon. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy hop bitterness. Solid cask offering.

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2022 - day 1. Pours Clear yellow with a small, foamy white head. Lightly sweet, nice pale bread, sweet lemon, soft straw, a little pale grain. Light bodied with delicate carbonation. Pretty clean to finish.
