From tap at Brix Brygghus with RB/HD 25.10.19. Very pale and clear straw colour. White head and lacing. Hoppy aroma and taste of meadow, fresh grass, sorrel, lime and succade. Very quaffable!

Servert fra fat: brunsvart med fint skum som varer. Mørke bær, karameller, kanel, brunsukker og milde urter. Saftig avslutning (med mersmak), og en ypperlig avrunding på denne flotte dagen på ølfestivalen på Nærbø okt-19.

Det nærmer seg slutten på en strålende dag på ølfestivalen på Nibbe, og jeg noterer flittig mine siste ratinger. Lett uklar korngylden med fint skum som varer. Superfrisk og fruktig med rikelige mengder tropiske frukter, grapefrukt og en del furunål i en solid maltkropp. Laaang, furunålspreget ettersmak hvor også mersmaken er tydelig til stede. Farlige greier. Servert fra fat.

On tap @ Melkebaren. Hazy yellow/golden body with a lacing, dense white head. Aroma has a light scent of old flowers and flowers water. Flavor is a floral and slightly harsh with a grassy bitterness. Drinkable but a bit boring and atypical.

On tap @ Melkebaren. Slightly unclear, nice deep golden body with a medium sized, dense, lacing white head. Slightly unpleasant aroma of cooked vegetables and something harsh. Flavor is harsh and unpleasant with cooked vegetables, popcorn and rotten fruit. Medium body and the same unpleasant aftertaste. Something got to be wrong here, this is the third Brix beer on tap tonight and all of them seems to be off somehow bit this was the definitive worst of them.

On tap @ Melkebaren. Almost clear deep golden body with a nice, lacing white head. Aroma has malt and resin, not much fresh fruit in this. Flavor is malty with a hint of butterscotch, old hops and harsh resin bitterness. Medium body and sweet, bitter, mostly malty aftertaste. Is this really supposed to taste like this?

On tap at Brix Brygghus, Bryne. Pours hazy light amber with little head. Aroma of bananas, oranges, peaches, some phenolic notes, some sulfur. Tastes slightly sweet with balancing bitterness. Medium to full bodied. Tasty and refreshing
