Dark brown porter. Live And Let Die was the 8th Bond film. A little dense, not too much 'pie' character here, it's fairly regular in porter terms, pretty decent too with a light sweetness over roasted, which are in the background, and best in aroma. It's milky-smooth too.

Ali G used an extended version of this beer name to express approval. Hazy golden fruity IPA with a lower-end citrus influence, but not particularly sweet either. There's a few sugars to enjoy and a strength that provides plenty of body. Gassy mouth feel.

Hazy pale gold with a bubbly / frothy white head and a juicy fruit aroma. Spritzy and fresh, grapefruit bitterness with tropical fruit notes and a dry bitter finish.

Hazy light golden beer. It was Mr Mann in 'Little Britain' that always wanted a Pirate Memory Game, that's 'not too piratey'. This one is not too citrusy, although there's enough to provide a very lightly sweet citric flavour here. Slightly watery, but its texture is fine enough. Fair aroma

Black, but might as well be red given the high amount of jam in this one. It doesn't dominate aroma though, there's some dark malty notes here including chocolate. Quite smooth texture. Bob Marley's 'Jamming' was playing in the last supermarket I was in.

Fat Boy Slim soundtracked my first year at University. Hazy golden with a glow. Hoppy, but a tad more crisp tropical-fruity in aroma and taste, somewhat through a slightly watery texture.

I must have been about 5 when I told my parents I was going to marry Cheryl, a girl in my class. That first crush never happened, this hoppy session did, and it's not hazy despite the clip saying so. Is a golden colour and a tad thin in texture.

I've visited the Church Of The Holy Shroud in Turin, but the effigy of Jesus can't be seen as it's kept in a locked box. Hazy golden sugary aroma brew. A tad more fruit involved in still quite a sugary, and overall bland cask conditioned taste. 75.55.575.5

Hand pulled third of a pint in The Boot on 26th September 2025. Opaque milky lemon colour, white crust on top. Intense citrus front with grapefruit aromas and flavours to the fore, smooth body feel, a lot better than it looked.
