Description
Pioneers of craft brewing in Croatia! Like Americas breweries, we started craft beer revolution in Croatia, because we want to refresh beer offer in Croatian market. Currently, customers can only buy boring domestic Euro lagers - but not for long!!

As awarded homebrewers, we are passionate about our ales, and we would like to give opportunity to Croatian consumers to enjoy in our beers. Making beers because of quality and flavor, and not because of the cash flow :). Our portfolio will be from cask ales to craft kegs!

Let's start together - Croatian craft beer revolution!!!!

On tap at Legend Rider’. Misty red-amber body with a big, slightly off white head. Light herbal, flowery aroma, getting more herbal by the minute in a rough way. Taste.... lovely soft, full maltiness serving superbly as the backbone, bearing a herbal, only slightly citric hoppiness, getting rough herbal-wise again, maquis? Lightly flowery. Nice, very nice, Comet won’t become my favorite hop any time soon, but this is impeccably executed for what it is.

On tap, multiple locations, multiple batches. Rating the last batch which I had couple a days ago. Pours hazy orange, dense creamy off-white head. Quite hoppy, citrus, fruity, malty, just a bit sweetish, lasting bitter finish. Very creamy and smooth. Medium bodied. I preferred the first batch which had some more bitterness kick to it, also some more aroma would be nice. Better than last few batches which were more on the sweetish side. Very good job.

Lekker bitterhet i ettersmaken.

Taste is medium sweet malt, light caramel, medium hoppy citrus and floral aroma, light fruity, medium bitterness, dry finish. Light+ bodied, soft carbonation, bit watery. Feels too light... On tap at BeerYard Festival, Zagreb. It poured a hazy darker brown body with medium sized brownish head. Fine caramel aroma with light coffee and nettle notes. Flavor was sweet and lightly bitter, overwhelmed with nettle, with nice balance between toasted and roasted malts - caramel, chocolate, coffee, licorice that goes back to dominating nettle. Medium bodied with a long finish that reflected the flavor complexity and added a bit of herbal hops. Or maybe that’s only how the nettle behaves. Very interesting combination, I adored the coffee profile as it blended nicely with this spice. I guess it varies a little bit every year, but this one was, in my preference, a great home run! Very well done!

On tap at BeerYard Festival, Zagreb. It happened to be my Croatian #200, yay, never though that count would go so far! It poured a very hazy orange body with almost no head. Weak but fine malty aroma with biscuit, sugar, some orange juice on the sweeter side with some light crisp citrus notes. Cascade, yeah, it could be. Flavor was very lightly bitter with quite lot of yeasty chalk overwhelming it, while sweetness was strong, too, the sugary and candy cloying one, almost dominating over shy herbal bitterness. Otherwise lightly citric, both crisp lemony and sweet fruity just like in the aroma. Thin in body despite some complexity with long, but simple chalky finish. Okay, but a bit weak and too chalky.
