Shared at the April 2025 PS tasting, 4/12/25. Hazy pink, large off-white head, poor retention. Aroma of peach, raspberry, lemon, guava. Taste is peach, raspberry, lemon, guava, grass, hint of vanilla. Lingering tartness. New brewery! Brewery # 2573, USA # 1969, Indiana # 41.

(Tap) cloudy bright mauve colour with a small pinkish head; aroma of mint, tartness; tart flavour with a long, light tart and sweet finish, somewhat creamy palate

Cranberry, peach, apricot, vanilla, biscuit malt, and straw aroma. Hazy dark reddish amber with large light orange head. Moderately sweet peach, apricot, cranberry, vanilla, malt, moderately sour citric acid, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body.

Oatmeal, chocolate malt, ash, and grass/fresh hay aroma. Black with large brown head. Very sweet oatmeal, chocolate malt, and moderately bitter hay/grass flavor. Good body - light boozy finish.

Lemon, biscuit malt, orange peel, and hay aroma. Slightly hazy golden yellow with moderate white head. Mildly sweet lemon/orange, biscuit malt, and moderately bitter orange peel and grass flavor. Good body.

Tap. Pours opaque black, medium brown head, fluffy, good lacing. Roasty Aroma, char, milk sugars, earthy, bakers cocoa. Flavor is light plus sweet and bitter, rich. Full fluffy body, creamy. Nice.

Milk chocolate and fresh hay aroma. Black with moderate brown head. Mildly sweet milk chocolate malt, and mildly bitter ash and hay flavor. Great body and balance. Very nice.
