Cadolzburger Pils, Flasche (MHD: 18.7.21) vom Landbierparadies24. - Goldbraun, hefetrüb, arg üppiger Schaum; kaum pilstypisch. - In der Nase weiches, fein brotiges Malz und milde aber doch aromatische, fein zitrusfruchtig-hopfenwürzige Hopfung, die nach Franken weist, dazu zart säuerliche Züge. - Antrunk weich und füllig brotig-hellmalzig mit kernig zitrusfruchtig-herber Hopfung, bittere Grapefruit, ein Hauch von Nadelwald. Leise Restsüße, zarte Säure. Milder rezent, hefeweich. Im Abgang satt hopfenwürzige, leicht ranzige Bittere. - Kein typisches Pilsener - dafür ist es zu breit malzig und zu wenig elegant -, eher ein kernig gehopftes Landbier, leider etwas unfrisch. Nice fruity peated beginning. Easy to drink, fruity with a nice and slightly sweetish grainy peated back. Round with a bit of bitterness, grainy sweetness with peated malts. Nice.

Stark rauchiger Beginn, trocken, geringe Karbonisierung. Steigende Süße, weich herb, die Rauchigkeit dominiert. Torfig, etwas hefig, süffig. Mittellanger Abgang, wenig süffig. 8/9/9/10/8/9

Fresh smooth beginning. Lots of fruity floral hops - mandarin and orange aroma there, the body is a bit grainy, nice balanced floralness. The aftertaste is floral with a nice slightly grainy finish and not much bitterness.
