Fruity sourish beginning. Easy to drink, sour fruity with a nice but dry body. Not too much depth or fruitiness, nice and easy to drink sourness. Apples are there, sour fruity in the end.

Well done - the rose mary is dominating the beer in a very good way. Very interesting stuff with not much bitteress.
