75cl bottle. A clear amber beer with a white head. Aroma of mild sweet dry caramelized malt,resins, reddish malt. Taste of dry bitter resinous bitter hops, orange fruits, mild resins. Long bitter finish.

50cl bottle. A clear yellow golden colour. Aroma of mild sourish yellow fruits, apples. Taste of mild sourish apples, yellow fruits, thin body, moderate carbonation.

50cl bottle. A clear yellow colour, small white head. Aroma of tart yellow fruits, herbs, garden fruits. Taste of tart garden fruits, yellow fruits, hints of raspberry.

Heller, säuerlich fruchtiger Beginn. Spritzig, etwas brotig, eher trocken. Hohe Süffigkeit, mittellanger Abgang. Gelungen. 9/10/9/9/8/9

Starker Ingwer-Geruch. Säuerlicher Beginn, hell, kaum Ingwer. Im Mittelteil kommt dieser etwas stärker zum Tragen, dahinter ist allerdigns nicht viel erschmeckbar, weich süffig und feine Säure, dennoch weniger interessant als die rote Edition. 7/11/8/10/8/9

Hell brotig-säuerlicher Beginn. Wenig Himbeeren, hohe Süffigkeit, frisch. Die Säure steigt leicht an, spritzig, erneut Himbeeren. Lecker. 7/11/11/10/8/11
