On tap at Bierwerk. A hazy amber beer with a white head. Aroma of resinous bitter hops, orange fruits, grapefruit. Taste of intense bitter resinous hops, orange fruits, grapefruit, zest, long fruity bitter finish.

33cl bottle. A clear amber beer with a beige head. Aroma of dry resinous hops, spruce and caramel. Taste of intense bitter resinous hops, spruce, some grapefruit, long bitter finish.

Fläschla: Golden, cloudy, big and stable rocky off-white head, moderate bitter-sweet aroma of citrus fruits (oranges, grapefruits) with a hardly detectable malty background; moderate dryish bitter-sweet flavour with a slight - citrussy - acidity, pretty light bodied and a bit tart; lingering bitter-sweet orangey-hoppy finish. A refreshing goody...

Buegelverschlußflasche (0,0075hl): Golden, hazy, pretty stable big and loose white head, moderate dryish piney and grainy nose, some malt and some more flowery hops can be spotted, too;moderate dryish and slightly tart bitter-sweet flavour, a mild acidity - presumably caused by hops, not by infection, is detectable, light to medium bodied, both soft and mildly tart; lingering dry piney to grassy hoppy finish, a balancing malty sweetness is hard to detect. Good and well drinkable, but not very well balanced...

Bottle shared @ Koelschtrinker's tasting. Floral sticky nose. The beer starts fruity with a bitter back. Caramel, not too round with hints of cellar and wheat in the back. Very interesting.
