50 cl bottle. Hazy dark brown color. Medium off-white head. Short lasting retention. Aroma is similar to a Hefeweizen Dunkel. High sweetness and light sourness. Caramel , nutty. Medium body and carbonation. Don’t know what to think about this one.

Bottle, Landbierparadies. Cloudy sark red amber, low offwhite head. Berry butterscotch nose with earthy notes. Medium to full body, foamy, dry minerals, a bit more diacytyl than I like, melanoidin, sticky berried caramel finish, smoky burnt retronasal. A bit messy.

500ml bottle [6.5% abv]. Slightly cloudy, redd-ish, dark amber colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Mellow, wheaty malty, slightly yeasty fruity and minimally fruity hoppy aroma, hints of strawberry, a touch of cherry, whiffs of banana. Taste is sweet-ish, wheaty malty, slightly yeasty fruity and fruity hoppy, hints of strawberry, frozen strawberry, a touch of cherry and banana. Watery texture, indifferent palate, medium, soft carbonation. Very nice colour, rather untypical flavours - not really convincing.

Schwarze Cadolzburgerin, 75-cl-Flasche von den Getränkerittern (Ed. VIII, MHD: 27.10.23). (3.10.2023.)

Schnapp-Fläschla: Deep golden, hazy, stable & medium-sized beaten-egg-white-like head, moderate to solid dryish bitter-sweet aroma of herbal to floral hops with mild, but well detectable, malt underneath; robust bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, nearly soft; lingering - as expected - dryish bitter and mildly sweet-malty finish. O.K....

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orange golden colour with huge, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Fruity and slightly grassy, hoppy aroma, slightly spicy, minimally starchy, pale malty background, hints of quince and apricot, spicy yeasty overtones with a touch of sweet mustard. Taste is sweet-ish, pale malty, quite bitter, slightly fruity hoppy and minimally yeasty spicy, hints of apricot, a touch of quince; lingering, bitter hoppy finish. Creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft, silky palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Well crafted, rather clean, quite bitter hoppy - not bad.
