330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, orange, dark golden to amber colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy, strawy, minimally biscuity, malty aroma, a touch of marzipan. Taste is grainy, malty with some residual sweetness, slightly, fruity, minimally bitter, hoppy malty, rather unspecific fruitiness, white grapes, white grape jam, a minimally tart-ish, grainy touch as well. Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, indifferent palate, medium, soft to flat carbonation. Sweet, light, monotonous, not really Bock-ish - meh!

33cl swing top bottle. A clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of semi strong pale malt, straw and grains. Taste of dry grainy malt, straw, some honey. Mild spicy bitterness.

Wielands Lager hell, Flasche von REWE, Abtsgmünd (MHD: 5.12.2021). - Bernsteinfarben, leicht hefetrüb. - In der Nase satt hefiges, mild brotiges und fein karamelsüßes helles Malz, milde herbale Hopfung, im Hintergrund leicht säuerlich-muffig. - Antrunk frisch und leicht säuerlich hellmalzig mit Getreide, Resten von Bonbonsüße, Hefe und zitroniger Hopfung. Gut rezent, schlank. Auch im Abgang übertönen säuerliche Züge eine milde aber aromatische herbale Hopfenherbe. - Frisches, rundes Landbier, leider durch störende säuerliche Züge beeinträchtigt.
