On tap at Seek Beer Co, pours a clear bright blonde with a medium white head. Aroma has tons of white wine tang, with citrusy hops, and a touch of pine. Flavour is divine, with tons of white wine tang, some pine, gooseberry and just enough soft biscuity malt. Phenomenal white wine tang hop character. Incredible IPA.

On tap at Seek Beer Co, pours a hazy blonde with a medium white head. Nose has plenty of tangy hops, some mineraly, and crisp crackery malt. Flavour is very tangy, with lots of tangy hop tang, crisp crackery malt, and very light residual bitterness. Love the NZ hops here. Excellent.

Draft. Golden beer with a whitish head. Light tropical fruit and light grape aroma. Grape and light citrus flavor. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Grape and light citrus linger.

On tap at Seek after trying the other two breweries next door. Clear, honey gold, thin lace. Danky, big floral & herbal hops nose with a slight funk that I'm not sure of. Dry floral, long herbal, very slight cheese, touch of vinegar. Not my favorite.

At the source after a group came in from a run. Juicy, still, medium gold pour. Sweet cooked pineapple juice & zero heat chili veg nose. Heavy pineapple juice, faint cinnamon essence upfront, mild but obvious fruity chili sauce on the back end with no heat. Big pineapple salsa feels. Interesting & okay.

On tap at the source, Feb. '24. Dark brown on black opaque lacey pour. Cinnamon milk with a touch of fruit in the nose. Lovely horchata & vanilla feels. Not getting the lux egg & condensed milk. Has some milk texture but still falls a little thin. Good to great.

Pint can pours out a rich viscous deep dark void that supports a thin tan head of foam. The aroma offers up an inviting blend of dark roasted to hazelnut coffee, highly roasted malts and chocolate and then milk chocolate into the end of the draw. The taste delivers smooth thick on the palate dark roasted coffee and highly roasted malts that quickly pull up loads of chocolate feeding into a wide load of boozy sweet vanilla. This is smooth and integrated. More sips seems to reveal more layers of vanilla goodness. Great sipper.
