Cerveza de grifo, servida en copa tipo globo, catada y disfrutada en un beer bar, hace ahora poco más de un par de horas, en excelente compañía, servida junto a unos snacks de picoteo. No suelo reseñar cervezas de memoria, pero en este caso me ha agradado tanto la experiencia que voy a hacer el esfuerzo. Color cobre ligero/anaranjado, muy turbia, espuma blanca cremosa de excelente retención y abundante residuo. Aroma afrutado, suculento, notas tropicales, algo de resina y cítricos. En boca textura sedosa, densa, jugosamente afrutada, amargor muy interesante pese a sus "solo" 25 IBU. Una cerveza con un aspecto espectacular, muy atractiva en todos los sentidos y terriblemente disfrutable

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is chocolate, some liquorice, alcohol, cocoa, toffee and mild syrupy sweetness. Flavour is chocolate, some alcohol, mild syrupy tones, cocoa, mild roasted elements. Very smooth and gentle when drinking.

Keg at Fogg Bar, Madrid, 29/10/22. Pitch black with a tan head that clears edgewards. Nose is dark malts, coffee bean, chocolate, roasted notes, dried fruit esters, molasses. Taste comprises cocoa powder, fruit cake, spice, charr, toffee, brown sugar dusting. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced spike of alcohol. Solid straight up impy stout.
