Endlich mal was gutes aus dem Hause Nebuleuse. Der robust Porter ist ein schönes, pechschwarzes Bier mit tollen schokoladigen und leicht würzigen Aromen. Es ist voll im Geschmack und hinterlässt eine leichte Pelzigkeit auf der Zunge, auf der die Rumtopf-Aromen eine Bühne findet. Ein durch und durch rundes, angenehmes Bier mit einem netten dunklem Körper.

Wenn ich etwas nicht leiden kann, sind es Biere, welche noch 3 Monate haltbar sind und aus der Flasche sprudelt, wenn man es öffnet. Geschmacklich ist es aber nicht ältlich, aber doch verdammt bitter. Hopfig-bitter und wenig ausgeglichen brennt es sich auf die Zunge. Etwas für Bitterfreaks, aber nicht wirklich ausgewogen und nicht so meines.

11/11/2019. Bottle, sample, courtesy of Saxo & co. Pours amber gold with an average size foamy off-white head. Aroma of sultanas, caramel, sherry trifle biscuits, sweet jammy fruits, light herbs and spices, funky bretty notes and a touch of cinnamon strudel. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness and tartness. Medium body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Enjoyable.

Bottle from Saxo tasting, as BFM Degustatoro. Clear orange with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity, bretty and wood. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 031119

Frothy white good mostly diminishing head. Moderate malty and light hoppy nice acetic aroma. Moderate bitter nice sour flavor. Average moderate bitter acetic finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. As BFM / La Nébuleuse Degustatoro. Clear golden, white head. Yeasty, fruity, funky aroma, light acetone. Fruity flavour, green grapes, funk, light solvent. Creamy, fluffy mouthfeel. Good.

Tap at Fakin. Misty golden body, thick white head. Citric hoppy aroma, orange, light tropical touches, smooth and nice. Smooth taste, like a tropical NEIPA, but ending a bit peppery and bitter. Would not be shocked if some lactose was in there. Sadly, it was a bit tired when we had it but it still showed a load of promise.
