Tap at Everything Brewpub Anaheim, 17th February 25, uber brewpub crawl from Monkish and on to Green Cheek. Was a decent DIPA, all a bit of a rush to get to Green Cheek, everything shuts at 10pm!

Pours a lightly hazy, straw color, with smallish head. Aroma is a touch dank, with citrus, grass, pine. Flavors follow, with a light underlying sweetness. Clean, crisp mouthfeel.

4 oz. pour as part of flight at We’re Pouring. Opaque yellow w/nice head, fair retention & light lacing. Aroma is pineapple, light herb, grapefruit. Taste follows aroma. Frothy texture, soft carbonation, lightly bitter finish. Quite nice!

Pint can pours with a clear gold colored body that supports a bright white head of foam. The aroma offers up grapefruit, tangelo and some white wine grapiness, The taste delivers similar notes with a balance of juicy tangelo and clementine like hop flavor paired up with grapefruit hop bitterness and some tangelo and white whine grape like tanginess. This is an easy drinking crusher as it is fairly snappy in its crispness while only reaching modest flavor depths.

Pint can pours with a crystal clear pure gold colored body that supports a white head of foam. The aroma offers up various citrus hops like grapefruit, tangerine and a dash of lime followed by a thin guava sensation. The taste is crisp and refreshing with loads of citrus hop bitterness balanced by just a sliver of the mildly sweet malt base. Oh my God. Each sip demands another sip. I get grapefruit, white wine grapes, and tangerine hop bitterness with nearly equal levels of wafer thin malt supporting the citrus hop flavor. There's a bit of a tropical fruitiness in here adding another facet to the experience. This is bangin' crispiness on just another level compared to nearly all IPA. It includes just enough body and pleasing hoppy depth. This is almost life alteringly good.

Slightly aged sample Shortlived white head over veiled yellow beer, finely carbonated. More New World hops' character than EU, citrus, aromatics, some malt, definitely pointing to topfermenting yeast. Very slight oxydation. Quite bitter, again more USA than EU. Faint rosewater, faint oxydation. Bitter grains, kernels and dry beans. Feels quite well carbonated. Medium bodied at best, bit slick. Quite bitter, and I really can't find any connection to "Euro". Txs to Stef!
