Draught in a 1L growler. Pours deep ruby to brown colour with a small and fizzy off-white head. Nose: Caramel, cocoa & chocolate, sourish roast, some buttery peanuts. Medium body. Modest carbo. Malty taste. Toasted, somewhat roasted. Caramel & treacle along. Dark chocolate as well. A bit vinous. Drier ending with explicit roast and light hop bitterness. A decent one. I haven't had anything of that quality from Beaver yet. Mainly the taste: it's solid.

Tap. Dark brown color, yellowish foam. Aroma: burnt malt, caramel, slightly dried fruits. Taste: slightly wine, caramel, prunes, yeast, sour-sweet.

Tap. In good years was good weizen with banana, cloves, wheat, sparkling, refreshing and drinkable.

Tap. Cloudy brown color, yellowish foam. Aroma & taste: caramel malt, yeast, a bit fruity and sour, drinkable.

Tap. Orange, cloudy, yellowish foam. Aroma: grass, yeast, fruit, light acid and citrus, not very clean. Taste: fruits, yeast, a little grapefruit, dough, sadness.

Tap. Turbid amber color. Aroma: spicy, mint, fruity, sweet and yeasty. Taste: spicy, yeast, malt, slightly fruity, mediocre.

Tap. Fogged gold with white foam. Aroma: hop pellets, fresh grass, fruits, sourish, spicy and rubber. Taste: flavor, malt with some fruits and citrus, light bitterness, mediocre.
