Opaque red with near to no head. Aroma: salted tomato sauce, pepperoni spices and herbs, chili. Taste: tomato paste, chili peppers, pepperoni. Light sweet, moderate chili burn. Not much salt. Mouth feel: medium minus body, soft to average carbonation. Overall: decent, not outstanding in terms of balance.

Hazy brown with a moderate beige head of medium retention. Aroma: dark malts, chocolate, fruit esters. Bit vinous. Taste: toast, caramel, some roastiness, chocolate, coffee, distant hop. Light sweet and bitter. Light body. Overall: not bad lacking body.

Appearance: Near to clear, deep golden to light amber with a moderate off-white head of decent retention. Aroma: Mostly peppery, spicy, citrusy, dill, biscuit malt. Taste: Medium sweet, well load with malts. Biscuit. Secondary hop. Spicy notes, dill, pepper. Light bitterness. Mouth feel: Medium body. Soft average carbonation. Overall: Pretty unusual. Controversial. Not really bad though

Passion fruit, guava, resin and pine. Lingering hoppy ending. Mouth feel: medium body, average carbonation. Overall: a fair IPA. NEIPA? I'd doubt it.
