Appearance: cloudy gold with a moderate white frothy head of lower retention. Aroma: lime, mint, sour milk. Taste: pretty much the same, medium sour. Tart ending. Palate: medium body, average to lively carbonation. Overall: not a fan of mojito. Still this is quite ok.

Appearance: hazy golden colour with a large white airy head. Aroma: citrus fruit, peach and mango, light ale yeast. Taste: light sweet, light to medium bitter. Fruity. Orange, peach, mango. Palate: light to medium body, lively carbonation. Overall: very drinkable, good.

Tap. Yellow with orange, hazy, white foam. Aroma: fresh lemon and mint, sour, juicy. Taste: sweet and sour, mint, lemon and lime, refreshing.

Appearance: cloudy deep golden to light amber, tall creamy off-white head of perfect retention. Aroma: citrus and tropical fruit, honey melon, esters, spicy notes. Taste: medium sweet, medium to heavy bitter, biscuit malt, citrus fruit, honey melon, sherry, resin, pine needles. Long bitter coniferous ending. Palate: full body, medium carbonation. Overall: a very nice nostalgic DIPA.

Tap. Golden color with haze, white foam. Fresh aroma: good hops, citrus, fruity, slightly herbs, malts and flowers. Taste: good, malt, toffee, needles, citrus, fruity, soft and pleasant, great summer ale.

Appearance: hazy red with a small pinkish head of weak retention. Aroma: cranberry yoghurt, tart berry skin, nothing bothering. Taste: medium sour, tart, nice cranberries and light lactic notes. Berry skin tartness in aftertaste. Palate: light to medium body. Average to lively carbonation. Overall: fairly good, easy drinking. A perfect summer ale.

Appearance: cloudy gold, large white rocky head of prefect retention. Aroma: citrus fruit, mostly tangerine, tropical notes, white bread, distant ale esters and spices. Taste: relatively dry, fruity, citrus, bread, resin, light esters, pronounced hoppy and lingering ending. a bit coniferous. Medium plus bitterness. Palate: medium body, lively carbonation. Overall: convincing.
