Pours clear amber, with thin white head.
Nose is faint, some hops and maybe caramel. Flavor is your usual APA, with a slight hint of roasted malt and/or fruity sweetness, then dry and hoppy finish.

A witbier without any story, not bad, not extraordinary, mineral and watery, wheat and cereals, rather dry for fhe style, a bit spicy, it could be a bit more fruity for the style, refreshing after a nice day, 21.08.21

75cl bottle received as a gift. Pours slightly hazy copper coloured with a medium sized off-white head. Immediate brett on the nose; fruit, funky and somewhat vinous with mild smoky notes, oak and Belgian yeast. Complex and rather balanced with an interesting mix of flavours and aromas. Certainly not had anything like this before.

I have tried this beer, the last week, at home, Epalinges, bottle coming from Amstein. A right and well balanced porter. For me, this one sounds more a porter than a baltic porter, rather dry with few sweetness for the style, some roasted malt and coffee, 11.12.21

After a long day at the swimming pool, on sunday, this one was enjoyable, a floral and aromatic session ipa, dry malt, a bit perfumed, watery, smooth, bitter, a bit citrus, perfectly refreshing, 21.07.21, at Epalinges.

For me, it was a pleasant experience with this light and fruity beer, a bit watery, dry malt, aromatic and smooth with a touch of raspberry, remembering the garden of my grandfather, bitter. It was nic after a day at St-Sulpice, 07.09.21, at Epalinges

To be honest, it was not my favourite beer, drinkable without any problem but I found it too metalic at the palate, a kind of unpleasant sensation at the mouth, dry malt, side of yeasty, hop for lager not floral, 21.10.21
