BBT june 2024 second round. Cloudy orange color with medium white head. Aroma of wheat, light spices, fruity hops. Taste is wheat, spices, light fruity hops, touch of sourness.

Bottle from the brewery. Thin body, high carbonation. Med-high sourness, very clean, slightly salty and mineral. Little else to be found here, hints of fruitiness - yeast derived? I do not get any hops character. Overall good, easy drinking.

Bottle from the brewery. Med-thin body, medium carbonation. Medium bitterness, low sweetness. Some vegetal DMS, medium generic grassy, herbal and a bit citrusy hops character. Overall basic, but good, drinkable.

Bottle from the brewery. Thin body, light carbonation, could use more bubbles. Med-light bitterness, a hint of mineral salt, low sweetness. Fully fermented, moderate smokiness. Pretty clean, good.

Bottle from the brewery. Thin body, light carbonation. Med-light sweetness, low bitterness, does not feel very cologne style in this respect. Moderate spruce flavour dominating the character, little else going on. Med-light basementy yeastiness, light earthy hops and honeyish malt.

Bottle from the brewery. And also tap at the brewery from the tank. Obviously the tank version is better with higher bitterness and fresher more intense hops character, classic citrusy and a bit tropical and resiny. But the bottle is not far behind, with only a bit less of both. Malt is in the background mostly and overall the beer is clean. Nice.

Bottle from the brewery. The classic weizen has an upper hand over the hops here, but that is a good thing I guess. Med-full body, medium carbonation. Med-light phenols and esters, mixing with subtle fruity hops character. Overall rather subtle, light on flavour, but feels clean and easy drinking, pretty good.
