Bottle - Mint, sage and a melange of spice. Clearishgold with a decent white head. A mess of spice as the nose implies. No point.

Light amber. Looks a little bit flat. There's a lot of spice, though honestly it's a bit indistinct. Light malts. Light amber malts, spice like sage are prominent. Light hop bitterness, and it's not all that unbalanced. Ok, does finish with a zaatar character. It's ok, I mean, for what it is.

Refrigerated 11.2 oz. brown bottle best before date June 27, 2018 poured into a glass. Slightly hazy light orange with small white head. Aroma is sage, medium body, lower carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is sage, chamomile, and a little mint. Interesting, but definatley not a pale ale.

sample from bottle @ZZT 2017 at Benzai's, bought at Burg. pours brown with a light khaki head. aroma of chocolate, cacao, dry, malts. Thanks! 330 ml. bottle sampled @ ZZT 2017. I have heard about these guys, interesting to see craft beer coming out of the Middle East besides Israel and a rare example in Palestinia. Dark brown amber. Nose is thin poor weak herbal leaves amber. Subpar weak herbal dry leaves, empty grainy, herbal coffee,.. Thin poor grainy,… Cool to get something different from that region, quality is quite low here honestly.

Bottle at ZZT. Very dark brown with dark beige head. Some licorice, sweet nuts, light dark chocolate, soft herbs, light mineral notes. Just medium sweet and medium bitter. Medium bodied with slick feel.
