Description
Somos una Nano Cervecería en Oaxaca, formada por un grupo de cerveceros con raices regias, chilangas, alemanas, gringas y canadienses... dedicados a ser fieles a la buena cerveza... hecha como debe de ser con los mejores granos y lúpulos de temporada. Empezamos como home brewers en el 2012 y a partir del 2013 empezamos a compartir la Santi chela con otras almas devotas a los buenos fermentos en nuestro Tap Room en el Centro Histórico. Ahora puedes encontrar nuestra cerveza en otros restaurantes de buen gusto en Oaxaca, y tambien la puedes pedir a domicilio, o te la enviamos a donde gustes a dentro de México.

A golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth.

Murky, muddy light brown. Not done yet. Taste is yeasty with light fruity hop, mellow bitterness.

Light brown, cloudy, no head. Sweet taste, touch of cocoa, a bit sweet and chocolatey on the palate, oily too.

Hazy light tan. Light fruity hop nose. Low bitterness, and slightly grainy sweetness. Finishes mostly sweet with a light hop taste but not much amargo.

Very cloudy, light tan. Aroma shows slight phenols, lots of yeast. Taste has light fruit (apricot, apple), with grainy notes, and a dash of hop amid a yeasty finish.
