Draught at Hop 3 The Beer Experience, Mérida. Lightly cloudy, pale gold colored. AROMA- malt, grain, touch of apple, tones of coriander, bit floral, apricot. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly bitter, malty, noble hops, apricot, coriander, apple, apple core. Medium bodied. Good.

Keg at Hop The Beer Experience 2, Mexico City. Black, coarse head. Distinct aroma of salmiak and grapefruit. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded, somewhat oily mouthfeel. Tar, licorice and salmiak, some citrus. Mid bitter finish. Really solid Black IPA.

Sampled at Hop the Beer Experience 2, pours a murky, very dark brown with some khaki head. Nose is nice, wow, nice fruit and hop off the top, the toast and malt follows. Very nicely balanced on the nose. Flavor has more malt, toast and pine, then the fruit comes, floral too. Finishes off dry, light bitterness. Well made.
