On tap at brewery tap, Riga This is not a 6.2% porter – this is a 4.8% brown ale !! Wet earth in the nose, pours a murky reddish brown without much head. Toffee predominates in the mouth, but also caramel and ginger. Well carbonated with a strong bitter finish.

On tap at brewery Pretty much a standard APA this one. Pours a golden yellow. Mouthfeel citrus, strawberry and a hint of cream cheese – hop deficient.

Draft glass @ brewery. I kept wondering why the barmaid kept pouring away glasses of this after tapping but then got a darker hazy beer with bits of malt, yeast and even hop I think. Super fresh & raw hop murky soup. Nose is thick creamy pine resin goop, low soap. Hazy caramel, pine, resin, goop, caramel, pure pine resin goop, hazy, thick malty, haze. Raw fresh hop soup, wonderful, got really lucky here.

Draft tasting glass @ brewery. Blackish very dark brown, little tanned head. Nose is sticky malt syrup, dark bread, bit hoppy, blueberry, touch BIPA. Taste is cough syrup, caramel, blueberry, dark bread. Hoppy but not much, tasty.
