15/2/2023. From BIAB courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed. Pours very slightly hazy pale gold with a minimally bubbly head. Aroma is sweet apple, touch funky and lightly woody. Medium sweetness, light tartness. Medium body, oily, soft carbonation. Drying finish. Quite enjoyed this.

BIAB at Winding Wheel Festival, Chesterfield 2023. Hazy orange gold colour, no head and aroma of apple, fruity, fleshy, some mucky funk. Taste is tangy, tart, fruity, apple, stone fruit hints, orchardy funk, leather, with acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry finish. Nicely drinkable
