Sample thanks to Danlo! Misty yellow appearance. Sweet apple fruit aroma with fresh floral citrus. Very tart initial impression with zippy citrus, a moderate acidity and additional apple pie pastry notes. Interesting.

15/2/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours spritzy clear very pale yellow gold with a small short lasting frothy white head. Aroma is funky apple, solvent, citrus, straw, slightly mucky. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness and moderate tartness. Moderate body, slightly watery, fizzy. Great aroma, enjoyed it.

750ml bottle from Cork & Cask. Hazy yellow colour, white foam head and aroma of apple, fleshy, fruity, citrus, straw, funk. Taste is tart, apple, fruity, stone fruits, zesty citrus, fleshy, with some straw, funk hints, and mellow acidity. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tart fruity acidic finish. Very drinkable.
