Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 11/03/23. Golden to light copper with a just off white covering that dissipates edgewards. Nose is bitter sweet apple, caramel, sugars, tannins, hedgerow. Taste comprises sweet edged apples, caramel, tannins, light wooded notes, sugar sprinkle, apple pulp. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Solid.

Sample thanks to Danlo. Pours a deep golden orange. Deep caramelised fruitiness, lasting sweetness with juicy moments. Good stuff.

3/2/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear golden amber with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of sweet apple, vanilla, caramel, slight woody edge. Heavily sweet, touch tart. Moderate body, oily, soft carbonation. Slightly dry finish. Decent.

Panda 🐼 at home big thanks to Ed Danlo. A clear deep orange coloured pour with a fine white head.Aroma is semi sweet, toffee, light vpn sugars, candy apple. custard. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, toffee, brown sugars, candy apple, brown sugars. Palate is semi sweet, chewy, moderate carbonation.

750ml wired cork bottle from Cork & Crown. Orangey gold colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of juicy apple, fruity, funky. Taste is sweet, apple, juicy, fruity, caramel hint, with stone fruit notes, some funk and mellow tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-sweet finish. Nicely drinkable.
