Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, short-lived foamy white head and aroma of musty apple, slight funk hints. Taste is sweet, juicy apple, ripe, mellow fruity, with some woody funk notes and lights tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-dry finish. Nicely drinkable.

13/10/2022. Bottle from Jersey’s Cider House, Cranbourne West. Pours clear bright golden with a short lasting fizzy white head. Aroma is crisp, pure apple, very juicy, slight caramel notes and funky hints. Medium sweetness, light bitterness and tartness. Moderate body, oily, spritzy carbonation. Tangy, light dry and tart finish. Enjoyable.
