5/10/2022. BIAB taster courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed. Pours slightly hazy dark golden with minimal head. Aroma is sweet, woody, solvent, apple, cinnamon, caramel, funky edge. Medium sweetness and a touch of tart. Moderate body, slightly oily, low carbonation. Light dry finish. Nicely done.

BIAB at York Beer & Cider Festival 2022. Hazy orange gold colour, some bubbles on top and aroma of funky apple. Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, orchardy, some funk, and mellow tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
