30/9/2022. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of caramel, vanilla, clove, baked apple, fading boozy notes. Moderate sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, quite watery, light spritzy carbonation. Dry woody finish. Good.

375ml bottle from Copper & Oak. Bright golden colour, bubbly white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of apple, floral, zesty citrus, funk. Taste is apple, funky, citric rind, some oak, and bready yeasty with tartness & light tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry citric funky finish. Quite drinkable.

375ml bottle from Copper & Oak. Hazy yellow gold colour, white foam head and aroma of apple, citric. Taste is sweetish, apple, citrus, zesty, yeasty, with some tartness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry finish. Nicely drinkable.
