30/9/2022. Can shared by danlo, cheers Ed. Pours clear very pale yellow gold with minimal head. Aroma is musty apple, green, sulphur and stilton. Medium sweetness, moderate tartness and body. Oily and watery, average carbonation. Fair.

375ml can from Copper & Oak. Very pale pink colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of berry, medicinal, sulphur hint. Taste is sweet, berry fruity, musky, some citric notes, with apple & pear. Thin & syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, spikey carbonation, sweet and tartish finish. Too sweet for me.

375ml can from Copper & Oak. Very pale yellow colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of apple, core, sulphur. Taste is sweet, apple, skin & core, with some tartness. Medium bodied, spikey carbonation, drying crisp apple finish. OK
