20/9/2022. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale gold with minimal head. Aroma is sweet, caramel, candy, baked apple core. Quite sweet. Light tartness. Moderate body, slightly oily, low carbonation. Light dry finish.

330ml bottle from Peninsula Beverage Co. Gusher on opening! Clear deep yellow gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of apple, fleshy, fruity. Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, caramel and some drying acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, spritzy carbonation, dry finish. Quite OK
