Can, no date, from Fort Point Market cooler, drunk 3/15/22. Thick, chunky, violet-cranberry with a small, beige/pink head. Nose is heavy wheat, light-to-moderate acidity from fruit but mostly lactic acid and a solidly authentic fruit character. No excessive sugar or cheap lactic acid notes, nor alcohol. Soft and wheaty in the mouth with a chewy texture and moderate-to-light lactic and fruit acidity. Juicy and with growing sweetness. Solid little fruited sour, nothing too crazy, but well-done with no flaw or alcohol noted.

Pours pale, hazy pear into a shaker. Bright white soapy head with medium retention recedes leaving spidery sheets. Hot pineapple, papaya and guava aromas. Soft with sweet pineapple, soapy tangerine and dusty tropical fruit upfront turning to mild peel in the medium length finish.

Pours clear deep gold into a shaker. White head with little retention recedes to skim surface. Dark caramel and pine aromas. Soft with sweet caramel, pine and cedar front to back. Lasting dank peel and pith finish. Nice throwback, but becomes a little hot and cloying as it warms.

Pours murky light mango into a shaker. Bright white conglomerate head with good retention recedes leaving scant sheets. Mango, passion fruit and guava aromas. Soft with sweet lychee and melon rind upfront turning to dry, bitter mango skin and pineapple rind in the medium length finish.

Pours chunky egg cream into a tulip. Mocha conglomerate head with floaties recedes leaving milkshake coating. Strawberry and chocolate aromas. Medium bodied with tart strawberry and sweet milk chocolate front to back. Lasting chocolate-covered strawberry finish.

Pours hazy mango into a tulip. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving scant sheets. Summer stone fruit and mango aromas. Soft and dry with mango, fuzzy peach, pear and apricot. Lasting dusty pineapple rind and mango peel finish.
