330ml bottle at Battle of Bull, Cheras, Malaysia. Poured a mostly clear light opaque colour with a bubbly white head. The aroma is herbal, light honey. The flavour is moderate to light sweet, with a smooth, light, herbal, light honey citrus palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Dare I say a session mead?

KYGG 180421. Pale golden color with no head. Aroma is honey, flowers. Flavor is honey, flowers, citrus, grass, wood. Weird mead.

Bottle. It's almost clear in the glass, pale straw in color. No head. Flowery, woody aroma with honey and a touch of grass and hay. It's medium to full bodied, soft on the palate. Wood, grass, honey, generic flowers and a touch of hay in the flavor. Medium length finish. Nice, but a bit weird. 210418

13/4/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours fizzy, clear very pale yellow gold with a short lasting bubbly white head. Aroma is sweet, honey, floral, citrus, touch corky. Medium plus sweetness, light bitter/tart. Moderate body, sticky texture, sparkling carbonation.

330ml bottle from Hop Burns & Black. Very pale yellow gold colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of honey, bready yeast. Taste is sweetish, honey, biscuity, floral, citric notes. Crisp, light bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying oxidised tart citric & honey finish. Quite drinkable.

Can. Lemony, honey nose, vanilla, coney comb / wax.Very pale golden color. Floral honey and citrus flavor with bee wax and honeycomb and great carbonation. Love it.
