pint can. Can was a bit of a gusher. Poured a dark brown color with a monster beige head that had fair retention and crazy lacing. The aroma is strong with blackened malts, a bit of burnt toast and some coffee. The taste is cocoa, lightly roasted coffee, mild caramel and perhaps milk chocolates. The palate is medium and crisp with soft carbonation. Finishes short and clean. Overall: Decent--Very enjoyable and easy drinking.

Glad to see more HBC 1019 hopped brews and this does not disappoint here paired with Citra, lots of juicy peach up front with some orange and melon, just a hint of that creamy caramilised banana, light coconut and pineapple chimes, comes together well.
