A pale golden yeloow straw coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is lemon rind, vanilla curd,. Stall. Paalte is semi sweet. Moderate carbonation. Ok. Nutty honey.

# 3394; 12/2022. Strong aroma of chocolate, molasses, caramel, dried fruits. Clear dark reddish-brown body; tany head with low persistence. Nuts, caramel, chocolate, roasty, leather, lighter body. Slightly unbalanced old ale, I guess. 0,5 l, bottle, craft beer and cider shop, Firle (South England).

Bottle at Dad's. Gave this a try after hearing good things from a few people. A very well made helles that balances the sweetness of the style with some good bitterness. Would be interested to try this on tap.
