Description
Odyssey is a small family run brewery established in the rural surrounds of a National Trust estate in Herefordshire in 2014. We brew in a building that is at least 400 years old but our beers are modern and forward looking.

Because we are small, independent and committed to staying that way, we focus primarily on only two styles of beer - hop forward (of any colour) and big, indulgent stouts, with the occasional Barley Wine thrown in for good measure. Our hoppy beers are unfined and hazy but we seek to retain some bitterness and drinkability - East Coast brews with a West Coast vibe.

All of our beer is produced for keg or can.

Can at home shared with Caesar. Opaque muroy pale yellow color, ugly as fuck. Aroma is lovely: very fruit hoppy just as I like it, apart from resinous hops which I like even more. Flavor is reasonably hoppy, quite some fruity hops. Hardly any bitterness. Alright though.

(Draught at Mother Kelly's, Vauxhall, London, 24 Nov 2019) Golden amber colour, cloudy, with frothy white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with tropical fruit, pineapple, mango and pine needles. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, pineapple, orange, resin, soft malt and a balanced citric, tropical bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh and juicy. Very nice.

Can at home. Gusher. Dammit. Murky pale yellow color, full sized white head. Aroma and flavor are lightly malty, citrusy hops, only a light distant bitter hint. Mwah. One of so many but it's alright.

Pours hazy egg yolky yellowy colour with a white head, hoppiness from the off, fruity with passion fruit and citrus, creamy but great for not being too sweet. Perhaps a little pineapple as well.
